Additionally, 99% of our gemstones are completely untreated, offering their natural essence in its purest form.

Yes, at your request, we can arrange for your selected stone to be certified by a prestigious and independent Gemstone Laboratory before your purchase, completely free of charge! Yes you can return the stone within 14 Days after you received the delivery.

However depending on the laws or regulations of some countries we may accept return even after 14 days.  Read our Return Policy for detail.

Shipping is free for all orders. Standard shipping will used for all orders above $100 while economy shipping shall be used for orders below $100.

We normally use Standard Shipping Service Provided by DHL Express and FedEx and for economy shipping DHL Global is used. However if a customer asks for another service that is available in our area we will use that same service.

Yes multiple items can be combined in single delivery. It the price of all the items sum up to $100 or above then Free Standard Shipping will be used.
